Cool washer reservoir - By TRIco!!

 

"Imogen and crew.  There was a small parking lot classic car get

together last night in downtown Vacaville.  They asked me to park up

front since my bike was the same color as an old Nova.  This guy pulls

up in a blue and white 1956 (I think) Buick wagon.  Under the hood was

this jar, he said it was the washer reservoir.  Made by TriCo!  You

don't see that everyday, so I thought I'd send you some pics.  He also

has wipers made by TriCo.

Thanks Will!! Funnily enough, my cousin and I found a big ol rusty TRIco wiper dispenser case at a swap meet and had to pay an arm and a leg for it!! I think the guy could smell the excitement and desperation haha! It still has some old wiper blades in it too!

Wednesday was so busy that there was not a single spare moment to escape

We have had a lot people ask...
"Is it true that you guys are ending DicE at issue 50 next year??"
I can let everyone know that we will not be ending DicE at issue 50, but after issue 50 there will be a big change. At this stage we are not going to say exactly what that change will be, but get ready for something a little different. Something that will blow your minds.

Anyways...before all that we still have 4 issues left of the first testament, including this, the new glorious issue in the shape of number #47!
The one and only 'Ornamental Conifer' blessed us with this stroke of genius of a cover and we thank him dearly.

Imogen Wednesday

I arrived back in LA last night after my vacation in Florida... 

which was absolutely awesome, by the way!!

I woke up late this morning, suuuper jet-lagged and was going to stress about finding something to wear for Imogen Wednesday, 

when I remembered that I received a few RAD tank tops from Greenspan's!! 

Thank you so much Greenspan's for the cool merch and for saving me form being late once again!

Today, I am wearing:
Shoes -  From my Mama, sent from NZ
Pants - Genuine snakeskin. I killed this sucker with my bare teeth in Florida and whipped me up a 
             pair O' snakeskin pants.

Sunglasses - Rampage. I got these babys in Florida too.

Imogen Wednesday... In Florida!!

I am having my first ever vacation since TRIco opened... and damn it feels good!!

My parents have been in Florida for the past few weeks, and I flew over on Monday to join them for some much needed family time!

This is me and my Grandma Dottie... and she is the best lady in the world!! 

Would you believe that she is 95 years old?! It has been 2 years since I've seen her and she seems to get younger each time. Seriously! Its been going on forever. 

This lady has injected my family with so much laughter and love, which has spread through generations. she is quick as a whip, strong, wise, and has the biggest heart of anyone I have known. 

Well, I am going to thoroughly enjoy this week of relaxing in one of my favorite places in the world with the people I love the most. Just thought I would share some of my joy :)

OK, so I didn't take into account that I would need to do Imogen Wednesday in Florida, so I didn't pack anything exciting or never-before-seen, sooo... 'Tis all borrowed!

Today, I wore:

Swimsuit & Flip-flops - My Mama's!
Silk Coat - From my Grandmas wardrobe
Red Dress - My Grandfather was a Colonel in the US army, and for a few years when my dad was a boy, the family were stationed in Taiwan. My Grandmother had a tailor there who would come to the house and make garments for her. This dress was made for my Grandma 50 years ago and it is in perfect condition and fits me perfectly! As of today, it belongs to me and I love it.
